General Terms & Conditions
Please read these General Terms and Conditions before buying a gift voucher experience or booking a luxury travel in Switzerland.
Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the use of the website www.swissexperiences.com (hereinafter “Swiss Experiences”), owned and operated by St-Arnaud Productions. The website brings together customers, hereinafter referred to as “Customers,” and service providers, hereinafter referred to as “Providers.” These two groups collectively form the users (hereinafter “Users”) of the website.
Swiss Experiences acts solely as an intermediary between Users and Providers. All experience bookings facilitated through our platform are made directly between the Customer and the Provider. These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings arranged by Swiss Experiences on behalf of Providers, whether made through the Swiss Experiences website or via direct communication with our team. By accessing and using the Swiss Experiences website, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Swiss Experiences offers two distinct services:
Marketplace for luxury experience gift vouchers, where Customers can purchase and redeem vouchers for exclusive experiences in Switzerland.
Bespoke luxury travel design service, providing tailor-made itineraries and high-end travel arrangements.
1. Marketplace for luxury experience gift vouchers
1.1. Scope of Services
Swiss Experiences serves as an intermediary between Customers and Providers, offering a curated selection of luxury gift vouchers.
Customers purchase vouchers for premium experiences, which are redeemable directly with the designated Provider.
All Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise stated in the product information or stated on the front and bottom of the Voucher (the “Voucher Expiry Date).
Experiences must be booked following the recommended booking lead time guidance and undertaken prior to the expiry of the Validity Period.
The validity period and redemption conditions of each voucher are specified at the time of purchase and must be strictly followed.
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
Activation of vouchers must be completed online at https://www.swissexperiences.com/redeem-voucher by providing the required details, including the 6-digit voucher code, recipient’s name, email, and preferred date and time for the experience. Once submitted, our concierge team will inform the provider and a final confirmation will be communicated to the Customers by the experience Provider.
Providers may request that Vouchers are taken on the day of the Experience or may request that Vouchers are sent to them to secure a booking or order. We recommend sending Vouchers by email or secure mail, if requested, as they are not replaceable if lost.
We cannot accept responsibility for any loss you may incur as a result of theft, impersonation or identity fraud. Your Voucher will be deemed to be used at the date you place a booking with an Operator or an order with a Supplier. An Experience must be undertaken before the expiry date printed on the face of the Voucher.
Experience availability is subject to the Provider’s schedule, and bookings must be arranged according to their terms.
1.2 Booking & Payment
Vouchers can be purchased exclusively through our official website www.swissexperiences.com.
Prices are listed in CHF and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Swiss Experiences reserves the right to quote prices in other currencies depending on the country of origin of the Customer. All prices quoted include additional amounts for Value Added Tax (VAT), where applicable. The applicable VAT rate depends on the country concerned. In Switzerland the rate is 8.1%.
The prices displayed on Swiss Experiences do not include the cost of transport to the location of the experience, unless this is expressly indicated in the details of the experience proposed by the service provider. It is therefore the Customers responsibility to plan and cover the costs associated with transport to the experience location. Swiss Experiences reserves the right to change the prices shown on the website at any time.
The prices shown on the Swiss Experiences website apply at the time the contract is concluded.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase before voucher activation.
Swiss Experiences offers the following payment methods: Secure Credit Cards Getaway.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Vouchers are activated upon successful payment, and Customers receive a digital PDF voucher via email.
For any booking changes, the Customer must check directly with the service Provider whether they agree to such changes. Swiss Experiences is not responsible for and has no control over the individual modification or cancellation policies of each service provider. Specific conditions must be discussed and negotiated directly between the Customer and the service Provider concerned.
The Customers are free to book a preferred date and time within the Voucher Validity Period (as defined below), subject to availability, as stated on the face of the Voucher. Experiences are subject to availability and, in some cases, may be subject to weather conditions (if the Customers Experience is weather dependent we advise contacting the Provider before the Customer set out to confirm that the event will take place).
To avoid disappointment, Swiss Experiences recommend that bookings are made well in advance, at least 6-8 weeks for the majority of Experiences. During peak periods it may be necessary to book further in advance although some Providers may occasionally be able to fit in a booking at short notice.
We recommend booking as early as possible as the Experience must have been undertaken before the expiry date printed on the face of your Voucher. We strongly advise that you do not make any travel, accommodation or other arrangements until you have received final confirmation of your booking from the Experience provider.
1.3 Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once issued, vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Some Providers may allow date changes, subject to availability and their specific terms.
Customers who purchase an experience gift voucher can cancel and receive a refund within 30 days by email (not phone or fax), but refunds are not available once the activity is booked; refunds are issued to the original purchaser’s card or bank account, and if we ceases operations, un-booked experiences will not be fulfilled by suppliers, with refunds available from the payment provider; if a supplier cannot provide the service, an alternative or credit will be offered.
With regard to refund policies, the Customer should contact and check directly with the service Provider.
We are unable to guarantee a refund for any booking or purchase of services.
Refund arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual service Providers.
We have no influence or control over these policies and cannot be held responsible in the event of a dispute between you and the provider regarding a cancellation or refund.
1.4 Liability & Responsibilities
Swiss Experiences acts solely as an intermediary between Customers and Providers.
We are not responsible for the quality, execution, or safety of experiences provided by third-party Providers.

Swiss Experiences shall not be held liable for any cancellations, schedule changes, service disruptions, or dissatisfaction related to third-party experiences.
