As soon as you are confirmed as a partner, you can start uploading your listings. However, they will not be visible until we have reviewed and approved them.
You can add a listing manually through a simple form only when you have registered as new partner. Once done and confirm, you can add and manage your listings easily from your business partner account.
Swiss Experiences is free to use with all included benefit. We take a base commission on every booking made with us. It means that your business will only pay us once there is a booking purchase of your experience.
After your booking is confirmed and paid, you will receive your payment directly on your bank account, with the commission, VAT (when applicable) and transaction fees (2.9% + CHF 0.30) deducted.
Yes, we promote and share regularly new experiences via our social media.
You are responsible and in control of your own experience(s). We’re always on hand to advise and make changes if you need any support.
As a partner, your are responsible for sending the invoice to your customer once a booking is made. Swiss Experiences respects your business relationships with your customers and does not intervene in them. We act only as an intermediary between you and the customer.
